Terms of Service

BetIQu is a B2C SaaS subscription for data analytics and statistical modeling. The Service consists of statistical models (Dixon-Coles Poisson and related methods), probability and fair-odds estimates for football matches, automatically generated written match analyses (AI), and a personal bet journal with performance statistics. It is sold directly to individual consumers as a recurring software subscription.

BetIQu is an independent sports analytics, statistical modeling and probability research platform. We do not provide betting services, do not accept wagers or deposits, do not hold customer funds, do not pay out winnings and do not operate as a sportsbook, bookmaker or gambling operator within the meaning of the Law on Games of Chance of the Republic of Serbia or any other jurisdiction. Any betting decision is made solely by you, with a licensed operator of your choice, outside the Service.

All content and software tools are intended strictly for informational and educational modeling purposes. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, gambling or any other advice. Probabilities, analyses and suggested selections are the output of statistical processing of publicly available data and may be inaccurate.

The Service is provided by Luka Avramov, Belgrade, Serbia. The official address for all questions, support, cancellations and data requests is kontakt@betiqu.com.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the contracting party for the payment itself, issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes; the Service is provided by, and remains the responsibility of, the provider named above.

The Service does not guarantee the outcome of any match or any profit from betting. Historical model results do not predict future results. Metrics such as "fair odds", "edge", "confidence" and "Kelly" are analytical estimates, not promises.

Match, line-up, injury and odds data come from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on such data.

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts of minors are deleted.

Gambling involves a risk of financial loss and can be addictive. Only ever bet money you can afford to lose, set limits in advance and never chase losses. If you feel you are losing control, seek help from a problem-gambling counselling service or the people close to you.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Automated extraction of content (scraping), resale or redistribution of analyses, account sharing and any use that disrupts the Service or infringes third-party rights are prohibited.

We may restrict or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice by e-mail.

The Service is digital content: a subscription grants access to the software and the analyses inside the application. No physical goods are delivered.

Every new account receives a 7-day free trial with all Pro features and a daily limit of 10 new analyses. The trial does not require a payment card and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically.

After the trial you may choose the Basic or the Pro plan, each available monthly, every 3 months or annually. Monthly plans: Basic 29 €, Pro 49 €. 3-month plans: Basic 69 €, Pro 119 €. Annual plans: Basic 299 €, Pro 499 €. Prices include VAT where applicable; the exact price, currency and tax are shown on the Paddle checkout before you confirm payment. Plan limits and features are listed on the pricing page and inside the application and may change with prior notice.

A monthly subscription starts with a 7-day trial period: your card is registered at checkout and the first charge is made only when those 7 days end, unless you cancel before then. 3-month and annual subscriptions have no trial period and are charged immediately for the whole period.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the chosen billing period (month, 3 months or year) at the same price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time inside the application on the Billing page (/app/billing) or by e-mail to kontakt@betiqu.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep full access until then and no further charge is made.

Refund rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The models, analyses, design and software of the Service belong to the provider or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-commercial right of use. Names of clubs and competitions belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or any other loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including losses from betting. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms may be updated; the new version applies from its publication in the application, with notice of material changes. The Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the courts at the provider's seat, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
