This policy explains which personal data BetIQu processes, why, and what rights you have, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia and, where applicable, the GDPR. The data controller is Luka Avramov, Belgrade, Serbia.
Waiting list: e-mail address, sign-up source and UTM parameters, technical data (user agent, hashed IP address for abuse prevention).
Account: e-mail, name, password (stored only as a hash), confirmation of age, preferred bookmaker and monthly stake range (for segmentation), marketing consent and the time it was given.
Usage: bet tickets you enter yourself, analyses you open, push-notification subscriptions, technical logs. Billing: subscription and customer identifiers from Paddle; BetIQu never sees your card details.
Providing the Service and performing the contract (account, analyses, ticket settlement, statistics); legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, model improvement); consent (marketing messages, push notifications), which you can withdraw at any time; legal obligation (accounting, requests from competent authorities).
Supabase (database and authentication, EU servers), Vercel (hosting), Paddle.com Market Limited (payment processing, as merchant of record), Google (Gemini API for generating analyses; the input is match data, not your personal data), Resend and MailerLite (e-mail), API-Football and odds providers (sports data). Transfers outside Serbia are made with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
Account data is kept while the account exists and for 12 months after deletion for legal obligations and disputes. Waiting-list data is kept until launch and for 6 months afterwards. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You withdraw marketing consent via the link in every message or in your account settings. Send requests to kontakt@betiqu.com; we respond within 30 days. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
We use only strictly necessary cookies for sign-in (Supabase session) and browser local storage for display preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
The Service is not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of such an account, we delete it.
We notify you of material changes to this policy by e-mail or inside the application. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
